About the department

MARS is part of R&D and consists of the three areas: Medical Affairs (scientific trial communication), Regulatory Affairs (approvals by health authorities) and Global Safety (patient safety and handling of adverse events). MARS Training and Educational Programmes is placed in MARS Strategic Development, which employs 34 dedicated people responsible for various business functions, ranging from data analysis to project management and training development. In MARS Training & Educational Programmes we are responsible for driving the development of training activities across the global MARS organisation. We act as a training partner and our main goal is to develop relevant and valuable training in an adequate and modern format to further develop the specific competences employees need to be successful in the MARS area.

 

The position

As a Training Partner in MARS Training & Educational Programmes you will become part of an ambitious team and you will assist in the creation and roll-out of various projects related to training activities. Your key responsibilities will be to act as a training partner in the planning and development of training activities that support our global organisation. 

The MARS Training Partner is passionate about training processes and competency development and drives the alignment of strategy, business objectives, and people performance. 

As an integrated part of the job, you will be working independently as well as in collaboration with your colleagues and a variety of stakeholders. It is crucial that you are striving to realise continuous improvements as well as to ensure a high quality in your deliveries.

 

Qualifications

You have an academic Master’s degree within Educational Science, Business Administration, HR or similar and have delivered excellent results through a couple of years. You can handle many tasks simultaneously; have a strong focus on quality and eagerness to deliver results. You work independently in a structured way and approach tasks with energy and a positive attitude. You are ambitious and dedicated, and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organisation. Excellent English skills both written and spoken are a requirement. You like being part of a professional team, take initiative and work with a high level of engagement. You are motivated by being challenged both professionally and personally. You have a flair for analytics and thrive in a fast-changing environment and bring a can-do attitude.
