For our Thermal Design Team in Technology in Brande we are looking for dedicated Thermal Specialist. As a thermal specialist you will be a part of a multi skilled generator department. The generator department is covering competences within cooling design, mechanical design (CAD), mechanical calculation (FEM), bearing design, test & validation, electromagnetic design and control. We aim to make integrated product development and our technical solution must minimize the lifecycle cost, taking safety, function, reliability, production, transportation, installation and service into consideration What are my responsibilities? · Modelling of thermal systems · Specify and manage thermal tests · Documentation of thermal performance What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background as a Mechanical Engineer or similar with thermodynamics / fluid mechanics as key competencies · You may have experience within thermal design and thermal components · You are experienced in modelling thermal systems · You are detail oriented and accurate · You have a systematic approach to your work tasks, and you make a robust planning of your work. · You thrive in a multi-disciplinary organization and in a multicultural environment · You have a hands-on approach to your tasks, and you are comfortable with processes within a large organization · You possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
