The Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) is a tailor made two-year program offering you a unique opportunity to prepare yourself for a successful career - potentially as a leader at Siemens. This year we are looking for Siemens Graduates within Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Diagnostics and Business Administration/Finance. • You will be expected to contribute as an excellent networker in order to bridge your knowledge and gain experience from your different assignments. • You will have three challenging eight-month job rotations, coupled with extensive training where you will be taking on responsibility from day one. The first job rotation will be in Denmark and one of the subsequent job rotations abroad. • In alignment with your interests, you will drive and execute projects and tasks defined together with your mentor. • As a great part of your day-to-day job is project related, you will utilize your excellent analytical and conceptual skills. What do I need to qualify for this job? You possess excellent social and interpersonal skills and have the ability to convince others through your personality and outstanding communication skills. Your personal drive is characterized by your proactive approach to take on responsibility and achieve results. Moreover, you hold the following qualifications: • A Master’s degree with above average grades within Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration/Finance (completed no later than 31 August 2015). • Relevant international experience from living, working or studying abroad (minimum 6 months). • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing, while knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
