Then join as our new Technology and Innovation Consultant.  We need you to analyse and assess technology across the group and align key cross-business technology areas relevant for our segment growth strategies. You will work with segments to support their technology management and strategies and help increase partnerships with universities and others. In addition, you will also set up and run open innovation processes internally and help develop them externally, at both group and business level. 

Background and skills
The perfect candidate has a higher degree and a track record in working with technology and open innovation. You have 5+ years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing industry within a global multi-business company environment, with recent focus on technology & innovation. On the personal part you must have excellent networking skills, be action oriented and have a strong application focus. Last but not the least, you are a strong analytic profile and can gather data information and your synthesis skills are a must.

Types of experience we are looking for

• Strong technology background with digital technology understanding
• High interest and awareness of technology across multiple areas of discipline – passion for technology and technology adoption
• Experience with open innovation programs
• Experience in working in industrial application areas & customers to introducing new technologies and solutions to them
• Ability to manage technology projects with partners to deliver results 
• Effective stakeholder management with complex, global business environment
• Disciplined coordinator - able to manage projects in short time frames with fixed dates
