Are you a skilled Project Manager with a technical background? Do you fancy e-commerce and all of its complexity? Hesehus is right now searching for a Technical Project Manager for our Bizzkit platform team to manage the technical process towards our external partners in Sweden.

What are we offering?

We are Denmark's leading e-commerce solution provider specialized in the development of customer-specific B2B and B2C webshops. We deliver customer solutions from the market's most complete e-commerce platform, Bizzkit - developed internally in Hesehus. Recently, we have started expanding our business to other countries, at first to Sweden. This calls for new requirements and a new go-to market strategy for our platform in which you will play a key role.

As a Project Manager on team Bizzkit, you will have the responsibility of structuring and managing our comprehensive project plan to ensure that we approach our partners in Sweden the best possible way.

As a member of our team, you will be part of a vibrant and challenging environment consisting of highly qualified and committed colleagues. Although the company language is Danish, we have developers from all over the world including, Holland, Brazil, Greece, Hungary, Spain and England, and we speak English with them of course. However, as a way of integrating our international developers, we offer free Danish lessons inhouse.

Your primary tasks:

• Controlling all project phases; initiation, execution, delivery and closure including fixed partial goals and deliveries.
• Translating our product strategy and the high-level requirements from our external partners in Sweden to a concrete project plan.
• Project planning including ensuring development-ready-issues and (re)allocating ressources to make sure that we are progressing according to plans and that goals are being met.
• Facilitating the best compromise between business requirements and technical goals.
• Working closely with UX & design and QA, making sure that all demands are being addressed.
• Documenting project progress, time spend, resource allocation, risk and change logs.
• Communicating with partners to gain insights into requirements and troubleshooting issues.

Who are you?

It is important that you are very technically minded. Either you are- or have been a developer, so you have a high understanding of software development processes.

Need to have:

• A technical degree with a bachelor as a minimum. Preferably within IT engineering, software development, etc.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Developer or Technical Project Manager.
• A proven track record of being able to deliver on time, scope and estimates on large scale, complex projects.
• Experience with .net based applications.
• On a personal level, you are proactive, have a strong drive and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking is a necessity.
• Good at prioritizing your time and have no difficulties saying no if it's necessary.
• You are a teamplayer used to work in an agile environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence will be considered a plus.
• Used to operate in an international environment where English skills is a must.
• Ability to cooperate in complex set-ups with many experts - even better if you are familiar with the e-commerce domain.
