Then you might very well be our new Technical and Administrative Supporter at Danfoss IXA. We are part of the Danfoss Group and develop sensors and systems for the maritime industry, solving energy optimisation and measurement of emission gasses. Our products are designed for the maritime environment, and they are extremely robust and can precisely and continuously measure climate parameters and environmentally harmful gases and thereby provide valuable input for energy optimisation. We are a small, agile organisation with highly skilled employees, and we focus on product development, supply chain management, sales, projects and service. Manufacturing is outsourced, and supporting tasks like HR, legal and reception are carried out through Danfoss. Coordination and support As Technical and Administrative Supporter you refer to our CEO and your focus will be divided between supporting the Supply Chain Responsible and performing general administrative and sales tasks. You will e.g. help draw up and maintain documents and templates in the quality management system. Alongside you will perform duties of a more administrative nature for the management and colleagues, including preparing presentations, planning business trips, handling various administrative tasks etc. In short, you will ensure smooth and professional support in relation to both short and long-term tasks and challenges to the satisfaction of managers and colleagues. Other key tasks will be to: •Order handling (procurement and sales) •Procurement of indirect goods •General administrative support •Organise shipments •Handle master data This is a position with many contacts throughout the entire organisation. Enthusiastic, service-minded and a gifted organiser You come from a similar job – preferably from a technical sales organisation and you are proficient in written and spoken English. You are able to handle a variety of tasks without losing perspective, attention to detail or your catching sense of humour. In addition, you have very strong IT skills, are a great communicator and thrive in an independent role where systems and details are keywords.
