As our new Surface Lead you will have end-to-end accountability for the Surface commercial business. The portfolio of products consists of: Surface hub, Surface latop, Pro and Go, and Surface accessories.

You will be accountable for reaching the Surface revenue, scorecard and share dashboard goals for the Danish market. As an integrated part of the sub Planning and Governance Processes you will provide data and insights that support and drive effective business prioritization and decision making that achieves the business goals.

You will also be responsible for the collaboration with the Sales segments, partner unit, and solutions sales team, executing strategies to address and realize the market potential across segments. You will maintain a clear understanding of the market opportunities and competitive analysis and be the spokesperson and representative for the Surface internally and externally. 

An important role of the Surface Lead is developing deep product and market insight for your business group, including understanding target audience segments and purchase behaviors and local competitive trends impacting their business. Based on these insights, you will build locally relevant customer offers and co-marketing partnerships and integrate into the commercial sales motions. Lastly you will also owns responsibility for investments in marketing and digital media outreach initiatives.

Through active participation in the established Rhythm of Business milestones, you will provide invaluable local insights and feedback on corporate strategies, metrics and programs:

  • Drive growth establishing Surface as the ultimate device for Microsoft 365 in the Modern Workplace
  • Strong coordination and alignment with the segment teams 
  • Deliver business results through channel scale and maturity taking a One Surface approach for the entire Devices business aligning promotion calendar and launch activities with the  local consumer team
  • Launch with excellence bringing our story to life and accelerating demand ensuring consistent cross portfolio demand planning and lifecycle management
  • Provide insight, learning and feedback to drive continuous business strategy improvement and success
  • Successful landing of agreed Area-Wide plans

Qualifications

  • Experience with product or category management and marketing 
  • Experience of developing and pitching value propositions for devices for the Enterprise segment
  • Experience of developnig and executing go to market strategies for devices in B2B
  • Setting direction for sales teams based on data driven insights and market intelligence
