Do you want to kickstart your career and help us run the first agile release train in our Markets & Risk area?

Join us and become Student Assistant in the group’s first agile release train where your primary tasks will be to help us plan events, handle communication, support management in the day-to-day work and develop management KPI’s for Senior Management.

In the agile release train in Markets & Risk, our job is to provide and deliver value through changes to IT application and processes towards our Energy Markets and Risk Management departments. The release train is the delivery organisation for the entire Markets area in relation to IT and is following the Scaled Agile Framework methodology (SAFe). The transformation was launched in April, so you’ll be able to work in an organisation experiencing constant change.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• plan agile events and assist in facilitating these events
• be responsible for the task management system and SharePoint site used by the organisation
• assist management at all levels in the agile release train with day-to-day tasks
• set up PowerPoint presentations to be used for major presentations
• prepare and develop KPI’s on performance in the agile release train for senior management.

In addition, you’ll perform small as well as large practical tasks when necessary.

 

Your competences include that you

• are enrolled in a relevant study programme within IT, economics or communication and have at least two years left before graduating
• are able to plan large events and coordinate with many stakeholders on all levels
• have a strong personal drive and can independently begin and finish tasks while also being a team player
• are reliable, consistent and ready to learn
• speak and write English fluently.
