The job

You will assist the leadership team in the buildup of the area by solving various tasks ranging from day-to-day operations to strategic planning and communication – the tasks can be tailored relative to your competencies but will require expertise within office applications incl. Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.

You will get a chance to get acquainted with practical Enterprise Architecture and we can offer you an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a great environment for learning and development. We are looking for 10-20 hours weekly, and you will join a team of skilled architects buzy with designing the LEO Pharma IT landscape of the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist the leadership team in the daily operation, material preparation and change in the area
• Active participation in orchestrating the Architecture Board and collection of material from various stakeholders
• Assist the architects in Enterprise Architecture in terms of IT architecture governance
• Participate in developing guidelines, standards, communication, etc. related to architecture, organization.
• Arrange meetings in the area and coordinate various activities

Your qualifications

• Natural Enterprise Architecture interest and related courses
• MS Office 365. Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Flow
• Passion for automation to reduce tedious tasks via Flow, scripts, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset and presentation skills
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
