ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel looks for a strong experienced HR Business Partner to build this new position. You really would like to drive and influence the HR agenda across a global business unit. Reporting to the HR Director you will join a small HR team in Esbjerg. Key responsibilities You will become the global HR Business partner for ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel a global unit covering the full business value chain with sites in Europe, US, South America and Asia. This means that you will build relations and drive HR on a global scale. You will be responsible for: •Bridge the overall HR direction into the business with focus on recruitment, leadership development, training and daily operational support to the business. •Develop and work with HR core processes •Provide strategic workforce planning and help with competency development •Through HR colleagues in the organization support development of the organization. Qualifications You have a strong and long track record within the business partner area from a similar global company. In addition you have: •Solid experience within recruitment on a global scale •Worked with HR operational processes •Training and facilitation skills and experience •Relevant Bachelor’s or Master Degree in business administration , HRM or similar. •Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, feedback and coaching skills As business partner you have a solid business understanding and a strategic mind set. You understand how to build trust through stake holder management, high standards and professional way of working. As a person you are an outgoing team player and know how to combine direct communication with flexible and pragmatic behavior in order to find best solutions. You are able to think strategic and act operational as your responsibility will be both.
