Digitisation and Information Services (D&I) offer services to financial institutions, public sector and private companies. We provide solutions for converting paper based business processes to digital information handling and distribution. Our solutions are innovative and flexible and ensures that business processes are improved and simplified. Our new Solution Manager will be responsible work closely with customers (primarily tier1 financial institutions) to accelerate their digitisation journeys at customer premises, partner premises and/or Nets premises. You have experience from solution selling, coupled with drive, determination and flexibility. You will actively search for opportunities to consolidate our services into a Nordic offering in cooperation with relevant business managers Your primary location will be Copenhagen Key reponsibilities and tasks - Work closely with customers to accelerate their digitisation journeys - Defining a market leading service offering meeting customer demands and market requirements - Develop insights to identify opportunities to deliver Nets features & services in our customers’ service landscape - Actively participate in defining and implementing a product strategy roadmap in relevant areas that harmonises with D&I’s vision of making business processes paperless, addresses customer needs and accelerates the growth of the digital distribution businesses - Developing relationships to relevant organizations/external forums within the industry - Supporting Sales in the pre-sales process Preferred background and qualifications - Strategic and proactive - Analytical, creative and a relentless problem solver - Commercial insight and understanding - Market and competitor insight - Stakeholder mananagement and Cross Functional Engagement - Good presentation skills - Structured and organized - Good networking skills - ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally - Service minded Preferred personal qualities - Relevant higher education, preferably a postgraduate degree - Digital solutions insight - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in services development, solution selling or project management in the financial services industry - Experience and understanding to work with and develop processes in the services industry - Experience in handling complex customer deliveries - Excellent business and technical knowledge within the digitisation & distribution services area - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills We can offer you - Competitive salary, pension and insurance schemes - Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development - The opportunity to be part of a company recognised by growth, innovation and development - A thriving environment characterised by team play and informality - A variety of activities within sports, culture, and within the social arena Please submit your application as soon as possible as candidates will be interviewed on an ongoing basis
