Would you like to ensure consistency between IT platforms and strategy? Join us in Customer Systems which is responsible for a series of applications supporting customer utility processes. We provide support to Customer Markets (Supply & distribution), Wind Power and Thermal Power. We work with various CRM systems (SAP, Microsoft & Salesforce). I-SU and Stream Serve as our core systems and a number of smaller systems integrated in the above. The department is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In DONG Energy Customer Systems, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be working in Denmark at our office in Virum in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility You will be one of the key contacts to our sales organisation (B2B & B2C), taking the lead on developing systems and processes ensuring continuous optimisation in all parts of our Sales value chain. You will manage the IT platform and applications in a cost-effective manner and ensure compliance between utilisation of the applications and the business strategies Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •perform tasks related to solutions applications and technology within the utility business •ensure an updated overview of the SAP applications and their architecture •develop and implement best practice of SAP solutions and architecture •ensure alignment of methods and procedures for developing and implementing solutions •ensure consistency between platform architecture and technology and the business requirements •proactively promote knowledge-sharing and sparring •dialogue with experts on new technology, software and their application in the industry. Your profile You have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar and other relevant certificates. You have solid experience with sales organisations and sales systems. You are analytical and structured with a good overview and the ability to prioritise your tasks. You are proactive, self-driven and flexible. You communicate well, are attentive and involved in dialogue on processes, initiatives and solutions. Experience as an IT solutions architect, preferably within SAP IS-U or the suite of sales applications, is required.
