Join a team at the heart of technical innovation
At Jabra, we work to continuously lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. Therefore, we have a Strategic Alliance team within our R&D department in Ballerup dedicated to creating and maintaining strategic alliances with our partners that provide software and cloud service solutions for our wireless audio and telecom products.
Build strong partnerships
Through close communication with the technical personnel from e.g. Amazon Connect, Genesys, Unify Square and our other partners, you will have a central role in securing optimal technical integration and compatibility between our products. One example is to ensure that our new Engage series headset integrates well with cloud contact center providers and successfully reports data into asset management software services.
For large accounts, you will do this in close collaboration with our strategic alliance manager who will handle the commercial aspects such as contracting and building relations, so you can focus on the technical topics. With new integration opportunities, you will be the main driver as you uncover and define their potential.
Concretely, you will:
- Communicate with partners and colleagues to gain insights, uncover business needs and opportunities and share relevant technical information
- Travel approximately 10-20 days per year to meet with partners from Asia to America and everywhere in between
- Support project definition and planning processes
- Provide technical specifications during contracting
- Work with the Jabra Developer Forum to scout for new potential strategic partners and add extra focus on special business opportunities where needed

As our new technical alliance manager, you will share your workspace with your 2 fellow technical alliance managers and the strategic alliance manager amongst others in the team and R&D.
Through close collaboration with R&D, Strategic Alliance and external our partners, you will be exposed to the newest of the new technologies and have the opportunity to truly put your mark on our partnering projects.

Combine your technical knowledge and communicative abilities
- You have 5+ years’ experience with software development and architectural knowledge of cloud, IoT, SDKs and APIs. Experience with infrastructures and CRM systems such as Dynamics and Salesforce would be a plus.
- You possess an educational background within engineering, preferably within software, hardware or the like.
- You speak fluent English.
- Experience with technical projects, products or program management would also be a plus.
