Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist for challenging project management role

Join us and become Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist in our Transfer Pricing team in the Tax department where you’ll be responsible for project management in relation to the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and handling enquiries from tax authorities. The Transfer Pricing team is responsible for designing the Group’s worldwide transfer pricing models according to business developments and changes in domestic and international tax legislation. The team is an integrated part of the Structuring & Transfer Pricing team, currently consisting of 10 dedicated colleagues.  

Tax is a part of our company-wide Finance department and is responsible for tax across the business, including domestic and international corporate taxes, joint taxation, tax forecasting, M&A structuring, transfer pricing and indirect taxes.  

Your key tasks will be to 

• act as project manager in relation to the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and other relevant information for the tax authorities 
• handle transfer pricing enquiries 
• be proactive in driving processes with internal stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Business Development, M&A, Valuation, etc. 
• be responsible for communication with tax authorities and other external stakeholders. 

 Your core competences include that you 

• have a relevant master’s degree such as cand.merc.jur. (MSc in business administration and commercial law), cand.merc.fir. (MSc in finance and accounting), cand.jur. (LLM) or another relevant Danish or international degree 
• have experience within transfer pricing or project management  
• are a quick learner, enjoy complexity and are a team player 
• have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks 
• speak and write English fluently.
