We are searching for probably one of the most exciting role in our global HR organization, as we are looking for a new Senior Talent Manager to the Talent Function in Carlsberg Group. The Group HR function is embarking on an exciting journey towards a new People Agenda, which is to be launched in 2019. The jobs will play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful execution.

We believe that we have a talented people organisation and we are looking for a new Senior Talent Manager to leverage and further develop the frameworks to manage our talent pipeline.

Your primary responsibility will be to govern our talent processes such as Succession Planning, Leadership Academy, Performance Management and Engagement Survey.

In details, key responsibilities in the Talent Management role will be:

  • Govern Carlsberg Leadership Academy: We offer global learning opportunities to our +41.000 employees and Talent Management is responsible for the whole process from training design to executing and/or facilitating the training. Moreover, the budget and training planning. 
  • Performance management: Talent Management also support the annual performance process by providing a global framework on objective settings, continuous follow-up, End- and Mid-Year Reviews and People Board sessions. You will be supporting our global HR community to execute these processes seamlessly.   
  • Engagement Survey: To continuously remain an engaged organization we run engagement surveys globally and compare ourselves against the industry norm. The Talent Management team is responsible for this process as well as following up on action planning.  
  • Enhance the overall Experience: We strive to enhance the overall employee experience for instance optimize the pre-onboarding, and your role can contribute with strengthening our processes.   
  • Group wide development: Create a learning and development environment which allows people to build skills and capabilities quickly and easily.

We are looking for candidates who have/re:

  • A successful record of accomplishment from a role which includes talent management responsibility in a major international corporation.
  • Experience from translating business strategy goals into actual initiatives across a large organization. In other words, experience with hands-on operational HR in order to deliver on goals. Although Talent Management is an essential part of your experience, you will likewise demonstrate a portfolio of general HR experience/competencies.
  • Our ideal candidate has experience with working with talent statistics and Succession Planning

     

    The position will report to the Head of Talent Management and will be part or the global matrix Talent Management function as well.
