Can you deliver cost-effective supplier solutions and sharp analytics that’ll help us lead the renewables business globally?

 

Join us and become Senior Sourcing Manager in the Group Procurement team, where you’ll contribute to building our renewables business. You’ll be handling a portfolio of procurement activities for the different maturity phases of our businesses, including O&M strategy development, cost-out projects, sourcing and contract management services. By improving our conditions in a competitive market, you’ll help realise our vision of leading the global energy transformation.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• set the strategic O&M direction and communicate, implement and execute it
• develop and manage cost-out projects
• be responsible for the procurement process from early market dialogue through sourcing, execution and contract management, while ensuring compliance with project KPIs and the company’s QHSE and procurement policies
• establish and execute sourcing strategies and negotiation strategies with the budget owners as well as conducting negotiations of commercial terms and conditions
• develop close cooperation with internal stakeholders.

 

In addition, you’ll engage in continuous dialogue with key suppliers and be responsible for compliance with the utility directive where applicable.

 

Your competences include that you

• have solid experience and a proven track record from a similar position
• possess a strategic mindset while being able to execute
• thrive in a business and organisation in the start-up phase, with a high pace and a dynamic environment
• are a skilled sourcing specialist and are able to work under tight deadlines on multiple projects
• have experience with managing supplier deliverables
• have strong communication and negotiation skills.

 

Moreover, you have a proactive and hands-on mindset and are used to working in a changing environment with a wide range of stakeholders placed in different locations and countries. You also have distinct people and business acumen, enabling you to develop an effective strategy for completing your tasks and influence suppliers and key stakeholders in the organisation.
