The team The Global IT team delivers core infrastructure, user workplaces, and business applications across all business units in William Demant. You will be part of the Customer Facing team which is responsible for developing and maintaining our web, eCommerce and CRM solutions. The team delivers the IT solutions and technical assistance on a global scale and works with a wide range of Microsoft products and Microsoft technologies, including Biztalk, SQL Server, Sitecore, SharePoint and the proprietary applications as ASP .Net, WPF and C #. Your profile You have a bachelor or master's degree in an IT related field. We expect your skills in web technologies are top notch. You must be technologically curious and be updated in the latest technologies. You have experience working for an international company most likely occupying a Senior Software Developer role with focus on Security. You are familiar with the use of agile methods, for example from previous Scrum projects. We expect you to be an expert in: C# Development, Web applications, OOP, Automated test, System development and .Net. You have a solid background in design implementation, knowledge with Visual Studio as development environment, Security Patterns, Claim Based Auth, Integration Patterns and formats like XML/JSON, protocols used in context of integration like SOAP/REST. You are familiar with SOA Design in an Enterprise Environment, Microsoft Azure, VM & Cloud Services, Web app, Storage, Integration and Security, application architecture and enterprise architecture, standards for security and access control, security implementation (Claims-based), database tools (SQL Server,NoSQL). Your tasks Application development, Microsoft C# development, SSO development and technical support, user management Technical design, selection of right security pattern, applying design patterns in the technical design Requirements gathering, assessment of development needs and development of solution proposals Ideal candidate You are proactive, systematic, structures, good on following up and coordinating You have an analytical and investigative mind, and you are rational You focus on usability and able to put yourself in the customer's place of use of the solution, generate new ideas, disseminate and communicate and provide a good user experience You are service-minded and communicate easily with colleagues at all levels You have a positive approach and see opportunities rather than problems You are willing to understand business needs and establish strong relationship to business stakeholders You are good in convincing and persuade other, make your point clear, self-confident You are fluent in English We offer A job in a fast growing, international company with many contacts and career opportunities.
