Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a solid foundation in the Oil and Gas Industry? Does the responsibility for large, multi-disciplinary projects with high complexity sound interesting? Management of international multidisciplinary projects Due to increased market demands, and as a part of our efforts to achieve growth, there is an increasing need for a professional and experienced Senior Project Manager with international experience. As Senior Project Manager, you will have the key responsibility of ensuring the execution of major international multi-disciplinary projects from concept and FEED, detail design, to EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). Further areas of responsibilities will be: •To develop Ramboll’s Project Management model •Increase cooperation between our offices •Professionalize our ability to spot, win and deliver on larger multi-disciplinary projects •Develop best practice and implement uptimes processes during execution of projects, including development of plug & play model for both small and large projects •Sparring and developing methods across offices, so that all have the same approach to project management •Act as mentor for younger Project Managers An extrovert, empathic, goal-oriented and driven Senior Project Manager As a person you are structured and capable of handling multi-disciplinary projects. You can maintain a constant overview still with an eye for details. It is important that clear communication and sparring is one of your best qualities, in order to ensure success for the projects and for your colleagues. To ensure success we also imagine the following to be part of your resume: •Approx. 15 years of experience from the Oil & Gas industry •Minimum 10 years of experience with project management in Oil & Gas industry •Minimum 5 years of experience with studies, FEEDs and detail design projects within the oil and gas industry (E.g. from Process, Safety or Mechanical disciplines) •Development and implementation of project management tools and processes •Extensive multi-disciplinary understanding •Certified in Project Management models such as IPMA, PMI, Prince2/or used to work with acknowledge project management models is a clear advantage Your new colleagues The Projects Department in Esbjerg is responsible for project management, preparing proposals for large multi-disciplinary projects, and for continuously developing the project management discipline in Ramboll Oil & Gas. The department is also responsible for the operational planning and reporting for various projects. The department has grown for two years, and is now a team of 12 dedicated employees working with project planning, project management and project controlling.
