Senior Project Manager Our Project Execution department has a vacancy for a skilled Senior Project Manager with a solid technical background in one or more of the following industries: Dairy, Brewery, Process or the Pharmaceutical industry, and with knowledge of engineering and construction management. The Project Manager will be responsible for executing major investment projects or a portfolio of several projects. Our projects are executed in Denmark and Europe. Qualifications We are looking for a profile that has some years of experience with project management within the technical disciplines in the process industry. We imagine that you: Preferably you have a MSc in engineering (mechanical, chemistry, process, brewery or dairy) or similar education Are very proactive, dynamic, open, honest and direct in your communications, and have good co-operation skills Are used to working within a stage gate project world Independently take responsibility and pride in completing your projects Are a methodical person with a structured and thorough approach to your work, and thrive in lifting several concurrent tasks without losing focus on quality and deadlines Flexible regarding travel activities Are not afraid of learning from others, are service-minded, and thrive on a busy working day Challenges Your responsibilities will, among other things, include the following: Project preparation, project scope, project start-up and project execution plans (time/budget) Set up the optimal organisation for the projects in co-operation with stakeholders Select the right business partners for the projects in co-operation with Sourcing and other stakeholders Find solutions to the challenges that may arise during the on-going physical installations in co-operation with users in production Work with partners on changes, adaptation of designs and drawings Communicate changes to colleagues and partners Participate in design tasks Participate in department activities regarding development of systems, models, and guidelines relevant to Project Management In this position you will quickly build up networks both internally and externally. Thus, you will quickly strike up a close dialogue with partners and colleagues with regard to expectations and feedback. The degree of co-operation implies that it is a plus if you are good at communication, thrive with many contacts, and, naturally, can keep a sense of perspective of the projects and tasks.
