You will be a key player in our transformation of Global Safety aiming to bring more digitalisation and new technologies into our business area to free up resources for more value adding activities.
About you
You bring solid experience with project management and it’s deliverables, and preferably LEAN/continuous improvement methodologies are also part of your project management toolbox. You possess a good understanding of IT in a GxP environment and your strong analytical mindset allows you to find opportunities and solve problems. It is natural for you to take a leading role with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and your interpersonal skills and business insight enables you to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. To succeed in this role, you will work effectively with all levels within the organisation and you will master excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting complex subject matter shortly and clearly.
We expect a university degree within natural science or similar and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the fields of either Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development or Regulatory Affairs based on a business specialist or consultancy role.
About us
As a senior project management specialist in Global Safety, your overall objective is to drive change projects involving our systems, tools and processes supporting the Global Safety strategies, goals and business objectives. In this role you will lead the whole process from definition, planning, execution, management of deliverables to training and implementation in close collaboration with subject matter experts across the organisation. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Drive and facilitate workshops to support continuous process improvements
- Develop business cases and perform business impact analyses on projects/initiatives
- Assess, define, plan and execute projects/initiatives
- Provide ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ mapping
- Ensure stakeholder and change management
- Communicate and report to Steering Committee or Global Safety Leadership Team
Your personal effort will be of great importance, and you can look forward to create results in a welcoming and positive environment in the newly established function ‘Global Safety Process and System Transformation’, based in Global Safety at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen Area.
You will join a highly skilled and dedicated small specialist team, who are all eager to build up this new function and to further develop the project specialist role in order to make a difference and contribute to the transformation of Global Safety.
