Right now, we are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who is eager to soak up new technologies and thrive in a working day consisting of a variety of different tasks. You will be working on our RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool, but we don't expect you to be an expert on this - we will get you there, when you join us.
The team
You will become part of an autonomous SCRUM team of five highly skilled cross-functional colleagues - each with insights about various aspects of our products, technologies and engineering practices, we complement each other as a team.
We have end-to-end responsibility for the operation, design and development of BESTSELLER's identity and access management tool. We collaborate closely with the IT Security team in performing tasks and driving projects with our ambiguous security roadmap as the point of the departure. Right now, we are in the midst of carrying out a significant identity and access management project, and the integration of our various systems and platforms with our RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool is a key part of this project.

We have rapid decision processes, there is room for experimenting with new technologies, and we move fast from idea to execution, always searching for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions.
The position
As Senior Specialist, your primary responsibility will be designing and maintaining the AD and Azure AD. In addition, you perform a variety of operational and hands-on tasks related to our RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool and connected systems. You will be working with the design, development and coordination of our integrations as well as with the AD.
More specifically, your task includes:
- AD/AAD design and group architecture
- Provide architecture on how to implement across the RSA IG&L platform
- Map the target system data model to the RSA IG&L data model, so that the functionality can be used with the target system without target specific modifications
- Supports testing and promotion from development to production
- Support development of new processes by prototyping suggestions for new process
- Planning of each integration with stakeholders and participants and leading and follow-up on the plan.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience with AD operations
- Understanding of IAM concepts and IT controls - especially related to user access and identity
- Experience with LDAP and SQL query language
- Experience with Oracle 12 administration and operation of Linux based systems
- You don't need to know about the RSA IG&L platform - we will provide you with the necessary education and training
- Fluent in written and spoken English - any Danish language skills is an advantage, but not a requirement.
