As Senior IT Security Specialist you are responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of security infrastructure, security solutions and access control systems, which are provided within the Nordea Group. The position we offer You will be part of the Network Security Infrastructure team working in the Nordics and participate in projects and improvement work as a subject matter expert. As part of your daily work, you drive improvements both in projects and in the line with the goal to raise IT security to a higher level in Nordea. You develop, design and implement IT security systems and services in the Infrastructure and Operations area in order to support a high security level in IT environments. The qualifications you need You have experience in working with security for different infrastructure solutions and your key competencies are within the network security area. Through your previous career, you have established a professional network within IT security and in that network, you are known for being an expert. You are continuously looking for improving yourself on the latest security threats and trends and have established good sources of security threat intelligence information. You have gained a solid experience in general network technology and network security solutions, which makes you able explain risks and threats and suggest cost-effective mitigation measures when meeting stakeholders. We are also looking for a colleague who is able to act with a self-driven approach to the assigned tasks while being able to understand the wider context and think about the total risk for the bank. The ideal candidate, has furthermore: - Several years of experience from working with network security within enterprise solutions. - Good with expressing your thoughts in documents and presentations. - Good skills in English, both spoken and written Work location can be any of the Nordic capitals.
