Arla Foods Ingredients is an independent company within the Arla Foods Group and a global leader in natural whey ingredients for bakery, beverages, dairy, infant and sports nutrition and much more.
With the responsibility of shaping and driving our IT strategy, you will work on translating our vision, needs and ambitions for our IT set-up into master plans and solutions with maximum business value.
To accomplish this, you will collaborate closely with the central IT organisation within Arla Foods amba which provides us with complete IT services.
Specifically, you will:
- Take complete responsibility for our IT strategy and masterplans, exploring, qualifying, coordinating and driving significant IT projects
- Head our internal IT board, with colleagues from different functions, to explore needs and opportunities
- Lead business process redesigns related to production, sales, order flow and more
- Explore opportunities for optimisations and innovation
- Develop and maintain a new super user organisation
Who are you?
You have a keen eye for business value and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and to find the right stakeholders that can bring those solutions to life.
As our spokesperson and liaison towards Arla Foods amba’s IT organisation, it is also vital that you are able to build good professional relations and engage people in your agenda.
You also bring:
- Extensive documented experience with IT strategy and project management, preferably within large, global organisations – experience within the production industry would be a great advantage
- Stakeholder and team management experience
- Knowledge of SAP, infrastructures, Sharepoint, web and IT roll-outs
- A degree, preferably on master’s level, in IT, information systems, computer science, project management, business administration or similar
- Excellent communication skills and you speak fluent English
