Join us and become Senior Attorney-at-law in our Sourcing Contracts & Execution team in the Legal department where you’ll be responsible for drafting and negotiating sourcing and service contracts for our offshore wind farms around the world. You’ll be part of an international and specialised team of eight other attorneys-at-law that provide legal advice on all sourcing contracts for our offshore wind farms, both when entering into and during the execution of the contracts.   

Your key tasks will be to 

• draft and negotiate sourcing and service contracts related to our offshore wind farms  
• develop and continuously improve our standard contracts 
• provide legal advice on claims relating to sourcing contracts 

 Furthermore, you’ll build and maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and thereby be a key person in the constantly developing Offshore business unit.  

Your competences include that you 

• are an attorney-at-law, either practicing or in-house  
• have several years of experience with drafting and negotiating contracts – preferably construction contracts such as FIDIC contracts or similar 
• are service-oriented, resilient and trustworthy – and work well within a team 
• are able to provide high-quality and commercially sensible legal advice independently within the relevant area of expertise 
• speak and write English at an advanced level or as mother tongue. 
• engage external legal advisors where appropriate and monitor, control and coordinate their work.
