We offer
Sekstant™ Global Guidance will provide reporting data to container operators wherever the reefers are located in the world. The system will enable new levels of automation and data collection, changing the way how operators can manage their reefer transport chain.
You will be part of a highly engaged team working with one of the most advanced products in the industry, the Star Cool (SC) Refrigeration machine.
You will be part of a team that contributes to further developing innovative solutions at the highest standard, which sets the benchmark for the global intermodal container industry.

Key responsibilities
Our future Digitalization Engineering Lead will help on App development, using the robust Linux OS platform, the device features Near Field Communication (NFC) and Bluetooth for mobile communication.
Responsibilities will include:
• Translate product and system strategy into features and requirements
• Create, maintain and ensure approval of product requirement specifications.
• To be main contact for technical questions and clarifications towards external suppliers.
• Technical Lead on the project and prioritize requirements according to customer needs and business value.
• Ensure critical knowledge and knowhow is secured internally in MCI
We are looking for
In order to succeed in this job, we expect you to have:
• Project management experience on effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• To have critical mind set ensures that you are able to work on several projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Have experience as Agile product owner
• Experience in developing/maintaining IOT systems
• Experience in PC software, embedded Linux, Web, Mobile development, could be Agile product owner (Experience in embedded software development is a plus)
• A degree at BSc or MSc level in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline
• Ability and personal skills to successfully manage relationships with key stakeholders
