We are looking for a physical security professional to work as a security and safety coordinator in HQ Facility Management. You will be part of the Facility Management team based in Copenhagen and will work as co-responsible for physical security and safety ensuring that our security and safety solutions as well as processes are operating as planned. You will liaison with internal and external stakeholders and auditors.

Key responsibilities

Conducting day-to-day security procedures for a specific operation, in line with the Corporate strategy and relevant requirements specific for the locations. Provides support on defined challenges and contributes through application of expertise and knowledge and performs day-to-day operational security and safety duties hereunder On-call duty participation.

Ensure that physical security and safety requirements and processes are followed and acts as a business enabler Aiding business and service owners in complying with physical security and safety requirements. Ensure that physical security, business continuity and safety measurements are operating as planned.

We are looking for

We are looking for a service minded team player fit into a dynamic Facility Management team. You have at least 3-4 years of experience with corporate security at coordination level. We expect candidates for this post to have an education/certification within Security Management, Business Continuity Management, Facility Management from a recognized institution.

As a person you are a trustworthy and calm individual who can work independently and provide input on issues relating to Security and Business Continuity Management. You are professional, quality-conscious and impact oriented, with attention to detail, and can handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines. You enjoy collaboration in a multicultural environment and can see the importance of knowledge sharing in a team and are able to actively take part of the build-up of best-practices with your colleagues.
