The position is part of Vestas Center of Expertise (CoE) in the IT department where we are looking for a candidate motivated by a combination of SAP PLM and PM/CS development and business consultancy tasks. Vestas Wind Systems A/S - Global IT / Center of Expertise / Business Processes, SAP The Center of Expertise (CoE) ensures that business IT services and related solutions are appropriately designed, developed and optimized across their lifecycle and that the integrity of IT solutions is safeguarded. When IT developments are handled by outsourcing partners CoE interacts with sourcing partners / external vendors on development activities and related governance to ensure quality in the delivery and safeguarding of existing solutions. CoE ensures continuous improvement and utilization of IT applications in order to maximize value and reduce risk. The Business Processes, SAP, team in CoE where the position is placed includes 16 internal IT consultants and a varying number of external employees. The team works primarily with the logistic components of SAP and a few adjacent applications. Responsibilities: Your future challenge will involve: Efficient and cost effective design and development of services where SAP PLM and SAP PM/CS components are in play by means of in-house maintained capabilities in combination with application development partners. Ensure that SAP PLM and Service solutions continuously meet business requirements by proactive and reactive development and testing of minor enhancements. Provide a consistent body of knowledge for evaluations of new opportunities, and accumulated knowledge of SAP PLM and PM/CS application design. Provide support for integrations in order to keep a high level of quality for integrated solutions. Participate in change advisory boards and coordination in connection to application development projects when needed Qualifications: The ideal candidate has: A Master degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or similar. Min. 5 years of experience from similar position(s). Competencies: Specialist skills including deep knowledge on SAP PLM and SAP Service solutions. A Broad knowledge on SAP systems and application components. A High level of coordination, cooperation, and collaboration skills.
