We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our centralized customer club team in our eCommerce department for a 12 month maternity leave cover. Customer club runs BESTSELLER's B2C online business in 10 languages in 14 countries together with over 20 different brands. We help BESTSELLER brands grow, develop and optimize loyalty campaigns both online and in retail stores.

The department and the position

BESTSELLER eCommerce use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as our ESP, and your work will center around utilizing the full potential of SFMC web, automation and email studio as well as mobile connect. You will act as a bridge between marketers and developers - translating big ideas into doable concepts and executing them in SFMC together with your colleagues.

We are organized in two teams located in Brande (DK) and Amsterdam (NL). The main office of BESTSELLER eCommerce is in the heart of Amsterdam, and our international headquarters is based in Brande. No matter in which location you will be based, you will work with an international team and should be prepared to travel approximately 15-20 travel a year.

Your tasks will include:

• Manage and develop the setup and configuration of SFMC web studio, automation studio, email studio and mobile connect
• Support, maintain and document our SFMC integrations
• Identify new opportunities in SFMC
• Develop next steps for our CRM-database together with our CRM-specialists

Your Skills and Requirements:

• Expert user of SFMC web studio and automation studio email studio and mobile connect (minimum 2 years of specialist experience)
• Knowledge about the technical setup/possibilities of SFMC, especially web studio, automation studio, email studio and mobile connect
• Strong project manager with experience of running and implementing projects involving data and API's
• Experience with CRM and ID Management (databases)
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Java & AMP Script
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Available for 12-month contract from the 1st of February
