Fancy a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role as a Product Marketing Director in an exciting, industry-leading and fast-growing technology company? You got it!

As a dynamic Product Marketing leader, you will take part of shaping the master product roadmap, and play a pivotal role by developing and executing strong go-to-market strategies for new groundbreaking products and features enabling organizations to optimize and realize their digital presence.

You will join the Product Marketing team in R&D based in Copenhagen, but work with key stakeholders around the entire globe. You will lead a team of three Product Marketing Managers, and report to the Vice President of Product Management.

The purpose of this role is to create, manage and implement a product marketing strategy for Siteimprove; bridge customer insights with a competitive and highly differentiating product proposition across all moments of the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador and spokesperson for the product internally and to some extent externally

• Prepare business case evaluations and recommendations Comission research that delivers clear user insights

• Analyze the competitive environment and propose ways to differentiate our products

• Together with Product Management, manage the product lifecycle from launch until phase-out and find the right tactics to extract maximum value out of each product

• Work across and cooperate with product development, marketing, sales, key influencers and a variety of cross-functional teams

• Understand Siteimprove's products and services working with subject matter experts across the company

• Drive definition of the product messaging framework with a differentiated value propositions, appropriate segmentation and input to pricing models

• Identify target groups, prioritize the most impactful ones based on potential

• Define and develop overall key assets (targeted value propositions & use cases) to be used across countries. Supply input for product-related marketing material to the Content Team. This includes key messages to website and other media, case studies or product presentations to drive adoption and grow revenue

• Define relevant pricing & product bundling strategy for the target groups

• Prioritize and oversee campaigns and segments that have the biggest potential market impact, track their effectiveness, and proactively course-correct based on data and results if necessary.

• Monitor product launch and early product reviews

• Channel customer insights and feedback back to development teams

What We Require of You

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

• You have at least 5 years’ experience working in product management or marketing, preferably in B2B / Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology companies with progressive growth or equivalent

• Experience working with mid- and senior-level executives

• Ability to attract talent, inspire the organization, and develop the next generation of Product Marketing Managers

• Ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships with peers, stakeholders, and partners

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, and team skills. You master modern storytelling by building narratives, targeted to customers and/or partners, to create an emotional connection that drives demand and brand reputation

• You have a deep understanding of market and audience segmentation

• Strong Digital Marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, Analytics etc.
