We are now looking for a person working as Retail Coordinator for WorkShop Denmark, based in Copenhagen. We are looking for a highly driven and organized person who has excellent social skills and who loves retail.

As a Retail Coordinator you are responsible for planning and coordinating all of Workshop’s retail activations in Denmark. This involves client relations and staff management, such as on-boarding, mentoring and employee satisfaction. You will assist the recruitment team in Stockholm throughout the whole recruitment process. You are also responsible for maintaining our staff pool in Denmark. You will work closely with our Country Lead on a daily basis, including assisting in research, coordination and follow-ups.

As a person you are organized and solution oriented. You have a passion for building great relations and you have a positive attitude. You do always strive for improvements and making your work as efficient as possible. Further, you believe that having great employees onboard is the key to success!

• Great passion for retail and people

• Background from the Retail industry

• Studies within HR and/or Project Management

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Danish

• Excellent networking skills
