We are looking for you: A thorough and self-driven team-player, who interacts with regulators and authorities across Europe on behalf of the company. In order to preserve and protect our access to international gas & electricity markets, you take pride in having the full overview on our international reporting obligations and you establish and maintain a close and valued relationship with internal and external stakeholders in order to fulfil all disclosure & reporting obligations.      

You would be part of a specialised sub-team which is part of the Contract Management department in Aalborg/Northern Denmark, with strong and close ties to the rest of the business. As the position you obtain is key for our license to operate, the awareness and support of our senior leadership team for your position is high priority, granting you necessary internal visibility, support from and access to other departments where needed.      

Key tasks

• Take responsibility for the established tracking system for reporting tasks
• Assist and participate in wider project groups on establishing new trading markets
• Identifying reporting obligations and setting up reporting plans 
• Setup, monitor, add & adapt reporting obligations in our dedicated tracking system and securing resilience by issuing step by step instructions on every reporting task
• Monitoring of and single point of entry for relevant correspondence from regulators and authorities
• Single point of contact for international regulators and authorities on reporting issues and tasks 
• Accumulation of necessary business data from internal systems, filing and execution of all applicable monitoring tasks (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly) towards regulators and authorities across Europe
• Help to build and improve systems for automated collection of reporting data
• Help to automate and standardise reporting tasks wherever possible
• Active networking with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders 
• Make the company a bit better every day

• General experience within the energy sector is of advantage, but not a precondition
• General experience with compliance tasks is of advantage, but not a precondition
• Additional language proficiencies are of advantage
