We are looking for a new colleague to our Talent Attraction Team. Join us and help our leaders find great talents with the right experience and potential to make a difference for our customers and drive our business forward.

You will become part of a dynamic and professional Talent Attraction Team and work closely with hiring managers across our Nordic organization. You will work closely with the HR Directors in each of our business and group units with the opportunity to influence the way Nets strengthen and build the organizational capabilities for the future.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Partner with the hiring managers to clarify the talent need and what success looks like
• Proactively engage talent via different recruitment channels
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process from the beginning to a successful offer to the candidate
• Manage external recruitment vendors
• Conduct interviews and assessments

  Contribute to the further development of the Talent Attraction Team by taking ownership of initiatives, projects etc.

 

We are looking for passion and drive!
You are an experienced recruiter with international experience. Additionally, you have search experience and deep insight into the tech talent market with solid expertise in recruiting IT professionals.

Your professional background and qualifications should include:

• Deep insight into the Nordic and preferable European tech talent market
• Minimum four years of relevant experience from an in-house recruitment organization
• Prior experience with sourcing top talents for a variety of roles in a competitive market e.g. experience from a recruitment agency or search firm
• Experience with in-house recruitment process development

 

Additionally, we expect you to be passionate about what you do and solution-oriented in your approach. Together with the team you should strive for excellence with a can-do attitude to the benefit of our customers and business . We expect you to be a good communicator, both orally and written, in English and at least one Nordic language.
