Description Manufacturing and Global Sourcing, QSE EMEA Manufacturing. QSE EMEA Manufacturing is a department in Group QSE that handles quality safety and environmental tasks supporting manufacturing of Blades, Nacelles, Control systems and generators in Europe. The department supports the units to secure compliance to production documentation and business procedures for all approved production in Europe and ensure that our quality standards are improved continuously. The department consists of 12 QSE employees spread throughout Europe, where of 2 employees are working with quality. The workplace will be Lem, Denmark and focus will be on servicing our blade factories. Responsibilities Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for: •Safe launch: Ensure that all technology projects and technology transfers are ready for serial production by auditing, Ensure that PFMEA, CTQ’s, SPC is implemented and that the continuous improvement loop is running. •Performance: Ensure that our manufacturing units are improving and driving down CoPQ, reducing variance using SPC and are in control of CTQ’s •Compliance: Ensure by auditing that our manufacturing units that production documentation, business procedures and general guidelines are implemented and in compliance. •Manufacturing support: Support our manufacturing units achieving all of the above. Break down walls for our manufacturing units to ensure that they reach their targets, Facilitate / run complex projects across organization and manufacturing units. Support our continuous Improvement department in blade related ncr’s from customers in order to eliminate repeats. Facilitate our NCR approver boards securing improvements. Qualifications: •Relevant engineering degree or relevant education on Bachelor or master level •+3 years’ experience in a relevant quality position in an international company. Newly, well educated, graduates with a good GPA will also be considered for the job. •Proficiency in all closed loop principles and experience using them in day to day business Competencies: •To succeed in the job you must be a good communicator and be proficient in English •You must work with Microsoft office package on advanced level. •Experience in using Minitab for statistical calculation will be an advantage, as well as having a Lead Auditor Certification towards ISO 9001. •Knowledge about VDA 6.3 principles will be an advantage. •You must be able and willing to travel up to app 20 day’s pr year.
