For the Blade Operations unit in Aalborg, we are looking for a Quality/Process Engineer who can take responsibility for driving continuous improvement tasks and projects in the local blades production areas. You’ll be in close contact with the production manager and the group leads of the local area in order to handle the quality related tasks of the area but also part of a group of Quality/Process Engineers handling quality project. What are my responsibilities? · Identifying improvement activities and running improvement actions and projects · Facilitating FMEA´s for product and process with potential for improvement · Handle Non-Conformance cases. · Support internal and external customer audits. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Preferably you have 2-3 years of experience from similar positions. · You have an engineering background and are familiar with relevant quality tools and methods, and preferably you have Six Sigma experience. In addition, you have a good knowledge of production/process quality. · You constantly seek improvements and have a systematic approach to problem solving. · As a person, you have a professional attitude, you possess good communication and cooperation skills and are able to cooperate at all levels. Furthermore, you are self-driven, and able to identify and drive the most relevant improvement activities In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
