For our Quality Excellence Department, we are looking for a Quality Engineer. The department is responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the Onshore Segments. Quality Excellence within the Onshore market unit, is a developing department responsible for identifying the quality problems affecting our business, ensuring they are known by the relevant parties and ultimately ensuring corrective and preventive actions are in place to stop them re-occurring. What are my responsibilities? · Driving cross functional communities for best practice sharing and corrective and preventive action implementation with reference to improving KPI focus areas · Implementing and aligning non-conformance Management process activities · Coordinating internal and external customer communication process · Reviewing effectiveness of existing solutions and defining improvement measures and drive implementation · Maintaining information management system, documentation and process integrity · Preparing relevant documents and various communication tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have competences in working with groups, you are able to communication to different levels and you have a broad business understanding · You are experienced in KRIMA Non-Conformance, Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint and hold general IT competences · As a person you are independent, structured and organized and you can see a task move from concept to result. Furthermore you have an understanding of running internal projects · We expect you to be an excellent communicator and fluent in English – oral and written In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
