CMC is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management department in Copenhagen. As a contract manufacturer it is of the utmost importance for CMC to run effective customer projects and to provide a high level of service to our customers. Therefore, Project Management is a key competency in the company. Project Management is responsible for managing our customer projects, for co-ordination of external as well as internal activities and in co-operation with line management and ensuring optimal use of facility and resources. The position CMC is operating in a global market servicing customers on several continents. You will be given the responsibility for one or more customer projects and will assist the Project Directors on other projects - from contract to the delivery of the final product. Ensuring progress and delivery according to the contract and the time lines will be a major part of your job as well as acting as the customer's primary contact in CMC. Your profile We expect you to have an educational background as Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. degree in engineering, pharmaceuticals or another relevant area or you are a great administrator, who loves MS project and following up on tasks. In addition you have: • Documented project management /administration experience with cross functional projects preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. • Good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing. • As we have customers all over the world you are flexible and able to attend customer meetings at different time zones, as it will not always be possible to schedule these meetings within regular hours. • Experience with cGMP. • Experience as MS project user.
