Would you like to be a part of the creating of world-class hi-fi for our automotive business, and would you like to be a facilitating link between Chinese and Danish colleagues? Can you bring a project from concept, over manufacturing, to implementation and do you love Chinese culture and language? Then we are looking for you for our automotive team.

We create high-end hi-fi, and our loudspeakers are internationally acknowledged for their superior sound quality. We are very proud to be one of the world’s premium hi-fi brands, with strong backing from our Chinese owners. You will be located in our HQ in Skanderborg, where you will be working out of our R&D department, more specifically within the Automotive team. Here you will be working closely with colleagues in both Denmark and China. You will be reporting to the Sr. Project Team Manager, Automotive.

Become a trusted link between cultures

You are responsible for end-to-end project execution within the Automotive team, covering the specifications and business plans from Chinese business partners into our development and production in Denmark. Your primary task will be juggling several projects while collaborating closely with colleagues from the entire organization, including Product Management, Quality & Test, Sales, Production and After Sales. Moreover, you will be working with several global partners and working closely with our colleagues in China. It goes without saying that the success depends on the projects being on-time, and many project meetings will be in both Chinese and Danish. It is essential that you are Chinese speaking, and have a personality that can bring our Danish and Chinese teams even closer together.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Project Management
• Project budgeting and reporting
• Resource planning and prioritization
• Risk assessment and mitigation
• Resource planning and people motivation
• Frequent visits to external partners, monitoring project progress
• Stakeholder management, from Steering Committee and project participants to external partners and sub-suppliers

You create results in cooperation with your colleagues. Above all, you are a strong communicator and you have the presence and power to challenge our stakeholders. You constantly strive to optimize both your projects, your own skills, and the organisation.

To back it all up, you have theoretical as well as "hands on" experience as Project Manager. We expect you hold a degree in Electronic Engineering, or that you have a background as a Technician. You must show documented project management results - if you are certified in IPMA level C that would be an advantage. You have solid experience from working with Chinese partners or stakeholders, and international exposure motivates you. You are comfortable speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Danish. You might even have experience from within the audio or the automoitive industries.

You should expect approximately 30-60 travel days per year.
