We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead the way during the solution development process from idea to implementation. This is an opportunity to work with different stakeholders globally, manage projects across the entire value chain and build a strong network. Transform creative ideas into seamlessly integrated physical and digital learning solutions You will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously varying in size and complexity. Also, you will drive key business improvement projects as well as take the lead on developing product portfolios in cooperation with the teams. For all areas, ensuring project execution on time and budget while delivering solid stakeholder management is key. This includes: Being the point of entry to the LEGO Supply chain, linking to procurement, quality, production and distribution Combine hardware, digital, curriculum and training development activities which involves bridging scrum and waterfall project execution models Take on a key role in continuously improving and maintaining existing portfolios to ensure the best strategic fit and a continuously optimised portfolio Being the facilitator of high performance teams by ensuring high motivation, commitment, alignment and trust in the project teams Help us achieve our mission of inspiring children Working with LEGO Education means helping children improve their skills as part of their natural curiosity and desire to explore, learn and play. You will be based in Billund and be part of the Project Management team of 5, all operating across the LEGO Education portfolios. The digital aspect of future classroom solutions is a top priority and must be implemented into strong project plans that capture dependencies across solution components and departments Do you have what it takes? The challenge is to handle the broad variety of projects and stakeholders simultaneously. To succeed in doing so, you: Have 5+ years of experience as project manager, driving the development of physical and preferably digital products Hold a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, a relevant Engineering degree or other relevant education background, and speak and write English at business level Might hold project management certificates (e.g. Prince2 or IMPA), and other skills could include experience with SAP and insights into the operations and supply chain areas of a production company Have a proven track record documenting strong results, positive impact and talent in leading teams Are able to think in trade-offs and yet set clear direction, just as you are outspoken as well as reflective Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
