Joining GN Hearing, you become part of an ambitious and high-performing finance business partner team within Regional Finance in Copenhagen. We are an intermediate link between GN Hearing HQ and local subsidiaries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Together, we aim to listen and challenge our colleagues, so we can ultimately transform pricing and drive value creation. 

Take our global pricing agenda to new levels 
Spending a great deal of your time cooperating with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and not least the Global Price Management team, you will drive a focused price optimization agenda for International Sales across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. 

Your initial period after joining the team will be centered around researching our setup today and to establish a sustainable price management environment in our sales organization. After this period, you will present your recommendations for a plan and execution after which you will take the lead on maintaining governance and driving controls via on-site visits all over the world 30-60 days per year. 

During your average workday, you will support many internal stakeholders on e.g. pricing strategy, commercial framework, trade terms, and policies. Also, you will:

• Support the Global Price Management team in price setting of new products and execution of the commercial policy
• Execute on price setting of existing products
• Manage and maintain internal system price lists and commercial terms reports
• Support the development of promotional planning processes and assist in optimizing product pricing in the preparation of commercial business cases

In Regional Finance, we are 6 colleagues in Copenhagen and 2 in Singapore who are looking forward to sharing our knowledge with you. We enjoy a very social atmosphere and engage in cross-functional work to accelerate performance and inspire innovation. 

Ready to embark on a multi-year journey? 
You possess a proactive and commercial mindset, focusing on solutions. You also have good analytical and communication skills combined with a financial understanding. This allows you to deliver superior quality reporting and be a professional sounding board to key stakeholders and collaborate across the organization. 

With your experience and ability to work independently, you hit the ground running and are ready to be part of a multi-year journey – from creation to maintenance. You ask the necessary questions and persistently challenge Sales on pricing and discounting. 

• You hold a master’s degree within economics or finance combined with 5+ years of pricing experience from a similar role.
• You have experience with managing priority projects and/or strategic initiatives.
• You have experience with driving price audits/controlling – preferably from an international company.
• You are an advanced Excel, PowerPoint and preferably also SAP/Navision user.
• You are fluent in Danish and English.
