We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Corporate Financial Planning. If you have unsurpassed coordination skills, energy and drive and you are ready to decide on priorities in a fast-paced environment, you may well be the person we are looking for.
About the department
Corporate Financial Planning is responsible for the financial management of Novo Nordisk with a close link to the business worldwide. We act as business partners based on strong financial competencies combined with a good understanding of the business in which we operate. You will be part of a young and dynamic finance unit consisting of around 40 employees split into 7 departments.
The position
As Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. Your key area of responsibility will be to support the CVP with meeting planning and front office tasks. Other job tasks include people life cycle, recruitment, quality and stakeholder management. In addition, you will be the pro-active driver of cross-departmental and management events.
Another part of the job is to support the Global Finance Graduate Programme. This task includes administrative support within recruitment, talent management, on-boarding, ad hoc support etc.
You will become a member of Corporate Financial Planning management and ensure that meetings are successfully planned and executed. You will also be a member of the FIRP administrative group, totalling 7 administrative assistants.
Qualifications
Your CV mirrors vast experience from a similar role. You have solid skills in driving administrative processes, handling and organising tasks. You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment where excellent stakeholder management is a key requirement. You must be an excellent communicator in English.

You are service-minded, enjoy working under tight deadlines and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand.
