Are you skilled in creating presentations, writing minutes and providing professional sparring based on business understanding and understanding of global business practices? Then here is your opportunity to work closely together with our President, Work Function Division and the rest of the leadership team, in a role where your knowledge and advice will be taken seriously and used in our strategic and operational activities. Make sure we meet our commitments Based in Nordborg, you will be part of the Work Function Division. Working in close collaboration with the President and other Group Executive Assistants, you make sure that the President’s schedule and plans are updated at all times and that we do not bite off more than we can chew. Maintain the work schedule and provide competent sparring for the President, Work Function In a position that entails a lot more than the typical secretary role, you apply your keen systematic approach and business knowledge to provide sparring and valued recommendations. You get a broad network in the Executive Group and with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you: •Take full ownership of the President’s agenda •Organize all travel arrangements and events in detail •Arrange meetings worldwide, conference calls and video conferences in all aspects including writing minutes and follow-up on agreements •Make sure the President’s to-do-list is processed in time •Prepare and submit expense reports Recently graduated business academic or experienced PA with great English skills •There is more than one approach to this position. You may have recently obtained your business degree and you see this as a stepping stone for a future career within Danfoss Power Solutions •Or you are an experienced Personal Assistant with at least 5 years of experience from a similar position •You are skilled within MS PowerPoint, SharePoint (Prezi is an advantage) and also hold experience in MS Office •You are fluent in English at a level that allows you to proofread documents for external use. German and Danish are a plus. You are a fast thinker and fast learner who proactively solve your tasks in a structured manner. With your polite and respectful manner, you are able to engage with stakeholders on all levels.
