In the One ERP Project, we are looking for a QA Lead responsible for the overall quality assurance management for the entire project. You will be working in our Tools and Processes Team, a part of the Project PMO, which is responsible for helping OneERP team members to adopt and use our tools and processes as part of the overall program methodology. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, most working out of Flensburg. As part of the Tools and Processes Team, you will be working together with a team of 10 colleagues from Danfoss and our external partners.

Main areas of responsibility:
Establish and maintain the One ERP Quality Assurance Framework (QAF). That includes common project management standards and quality policy definitions e.g., in terms of PM methods, tools, templates and procedures 
Plan and execute quality audits to:

• Ensure Quality control on regular intervals to anticipate quality degradation
• Ensure such QAF is communicated to the teams. Enable teams to use QAF
• Assure/Control produced deliverables are compliant w/ established methods, tools, and procedures
• Assure/Control produced deliverables have required quality, both in terms of content and document templates and version definition
• Consult responsible design, delivery and operations personnel to pinpoint/call attention to quality issues
• Ensure Stage Gate procedure is in the overall Release plan and it is executed and followed. Lead and coordinate Stage Gate preparation, review and post action taking activities with the Teams
• Track quality issues and call attention to measures required 

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg with some time spent in Nordborg.

You:
We expect you to have solid experience within quality measurement and management combined with project management and methodologies, respectively. Furthermore, you have experience or knowledge with the following:

• ITIL standards and best practice within operational environments
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control affinity or certification
• SAP ERP Project Management or SAP ASAP Methodology 

On a more personal note, you have great and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, and can manage a wide and global group of stakeholders. Furthermore, you are great at analyzing and coordinating. You are capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end and leading by example. You are a self-starter with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
