In the One ERP Project, we are looking for a DDB & Tools Specialist to take ownership of the Dependency Database tool and to support the entire project. You will be working in our Tools and Processes Team, a part of the Project PMO, which is responsible for helping OneERP team members to adopt and use our tools and processes as part of the overall program methodology. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, most working out of Flensburg. As part of the Tools and Processes Team, you will be working together with a team of 10 colleagues from Danfoss and our external partners.
 
Main areas of responsibility:

• Identifying sources of information in the one ERP Program for the purpose of updating the Database
• Preparation of the information for update within the database using Alteryx (error correction, quality control)
• Using Alteryx to create output files for use in the one ERP roll-in process
• Analysis of new requirements based on program needs
• Preparation, design, implementation of database table structure, procedures and functions
• Design and implementation of workflows for the new requirements and files (reports) generation
• Support the maintenance and development of other tools within the one ERP Program (e.g. MS Sharepoint, automated deliverables in MS Excel)

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg with some time spent in Nordborg.
 
You:
We expect you to have experience within project management and database management. Furthermore, you have experience or knowledge with the following tools:

• Alteryx tool usage (data extraction, data preparation and workflow design)
• SQL (create and modify tables, queries, functions and procedures)
• MS Excel (VBA and data manipulation)

Additionally, knowledge of following tools is an extra asset:

• SAP-SolMan
• MS Sharepoint
• Cypher scripting, NEO4J database, Shell scripting, website maintenance and HTML  

On a more personal note, you have great and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, and can manage a wide and global group of stakeholders. You master conceptualizing and facilitating. You are capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end and leading by example with a clear eye on solving problems. You are a self-starter with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
