VERO MODA is looking for an experienced NOOS Manager who can take care of the department's continued development.

About the department
You will be at the forefront of the NOOS department at VERO MODA, which manages all the styles that our customers always expect us to have in stock. Today, we are 13 employees divided into four teams working with Product, Planning and Performance, which you will lead on a daily basis. The department has recently been in a rapid development and has a very essential role in VERO MODA, which means that there are high expectations and focus on the area. The NOOS department is organized as an independent unit with direct reference to VERO MODA's Brand Director. We are ambitious, and you will experience a committed department with a good mix of both competencies and personalities, where drive, innovation and an informal and positive working environment are key.

About the job
Our ambition is to create an even stronger NOOS system in VERO MODA, with constant focus on product, price, accessibility and transparency for our partners. As NOOS Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the NOOS strategy as well as strategy follow-up. In addition, you will also be responsible for selling NOOS styles to all our markets. You will have a wide range of tasks in sales, operations, finance as well as recruitment and employee development.
 
Your tasks will among others include:

• Execution of NOOS strategy
• Developing existing customer relationships
• Development of sales activities
• Establishment of budgets in cooperation with the nearest manager
• Follow-up on customer performance
• Ensure product flow and catalogue update with regards to individual customers
• Performance and development talks with employees.

Qualifications
• Experience from a similar position – preferably with NOOS / Replenishment
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and management
• Experience with Key Account relations
• Fluent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge in German, Spanish, Italian or French is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Buying experience will be an advantage.

As you will play a central role in VERO MODA along with a broad contact surface, you are an energetic and a powerful communicator, and you are able to motivate and inspire your colleagues to do their best. You are responsible and conscientious, and, through your high drive and proactive approach, you make sure that the team's efforts meet the wishes and needs of the customer. You have strong coordinator skills, and your decisions are always based in solid business acumen. As a person, you have a positive approach to your tasks, and you are motivated by creating and developing relationships with coworkers and collaborators. You are forthcoming and a natural networker, who knows the importance of working together to achieve results.
