We are about to turn our warehousing operations upside down by implementing a brand-new supply chain model. Take part in our journey and use your coordinative skills to manage our warehousing for the EMEA region as you develop into the role of a logistics planner.

Join our global supply chain
Within our EMEA Logistics and Operation department, you will join an international team dedicated to logistics and operations planning. We are 11 colleagues in total, placed in Denmark, England, Germany, and France.

Working from our HQ in Ballerup, you will join our mission to secure timely delivery to our many customers. 

Keep an eagle’s eye on all logistics processes
Whilst some of our colleagues are dedicated to placing orders and following them from placement to final delivery, you will secure the stock levels to make sure that we are always able to deliver needed products at the right time to our many customers within EMEA. To accomplish this, you will:

• Coordinate and monitor all inventory movements and shipments to ensure correct inventory levels with both inbound and 3rd-party logistics and make adjustments when necessary
• Provide process support and work to optimize logistics processes
• Monitor cycle counts and ensure that the SLAs are followed
• Pull reports on a regular basis for Sales, 3rd-party logistics, Finance and others and liaison with their representative teams to ensure coordinated efforts

Logistics professional with an interest in planning
With your proactive and analytical nature, you always have a plan B ready, one eye on the smallest of details and another eye on the bigger picture of things. You are highly energetic and thrive with communicating and working with others to push processes all the way to the finish line.

Furthermore, you:

• Have 3+ years' experience with logistics and operations management or coordination – some experience with supply planning would be a great plus
• Are fluent in English
• Have experience with Excel and some knowledge of ERP systems, such as Axapta, or an interest in learning
