Core Responsibilities

You will initiate, drive and implement engagement initiatives that will benefit employees and the organization as a whole in our LEGO way of working. Part of this is organizing and executing initiatives related to the transition from ‘old buildings’ to our brand-new LEGO Campus.

Take an active part in the global roll-out of our LEGO Way of Working philosophy.

Ad hoc and long-term support and consultancy on behavioral matters related to the workplace.

Stakeholder and communication management on operational and senior level to ensure solutions will be found that benefit both the employees and the organization.

In close collaboration with our workplace design team you will continuously improve our workplace from a behavioral perspective by staying in tune with global developments

-on the ground observing/testing/workplace data analysis

- discover landscape of services workplace revolution to become frontier – facility partners, service providers, external suppliers.

You will work very closely with our internal global design lead and other workplace specialists (project managers, facility managers, etc) as well as with external partners. In addition, you will be actively creating close collaboration and cross-fertilization with engagement stakeholders i.e. EHS, social responsibility, people manager

The LEGO Group is continuously developing its global workplaces, workplace design and strategy. We have factories, sales offices and hubs across the world. At this moment we are in the middle of building our new HQ, LEGO Campus, in Billund, Denmark. The core focus of this new role will be on our new HQ, but not limited to it.

In order to achieve these aspirations, we are looking to expand our ‘social engineering’ part of the organization.

You will work in an exciting and dynamic environment, and will become part of a diverse team of social and mechanical engineers that globally provide specialist support and consultancy for sustainable, effective and engaging solutions.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor or Master in social sciences, communication, or related fields (business or marketing with specialization in behavior/HR).
preferably within employee engagement, behavioral strategy, workplace strategy and/or communication.

• Experience in transferring knowledge, both written and oral: workshop facilitation, presentation and interviewing skills are strongly preferred.

• Strong social skills: ability to work with and navigate a diverse group of stakeholders

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Energized by on-the-spot challenges and ability to create solutions beyond “one-size-fits-all”.

• Experience with workplace projects in preferred

• Experience in behavioral data analysis is preferred

• Experience in project management is preferred

• General MS office toolbox

• Hands-on problem-solving skills with all stakeholders’ interests in mind and clear eye for future corporate developments

• Strong communication techniques, presentation skills, interview skills

• Self-motivated, independent and pro-active: goal-oriented

• Expct. 20-30 travel days per year / 100 travel days per year if based on UK

• English written and spoken at negotiation level (C2) (business English).
