Would you like to play a key role in the design, development and delivery of high impact sales, product and application training solutions and curricula to a cross-functional global audience in Grundfos? You will join the Poul Due Jensen Academy (PDJA) – Grundfos’ corporate academy with 25 employees. We create and enable learning for the global Grundfos organisation, striving to use the latest learning technologies and best practices. The learning we produce and transfer is plugged into the business needs of Grundfos, and we deliver our training based on a professional blended learning platform including e-learning in various forms. You will join a team of 4 that works closely with sales, product and application training, and you will refer to L&D manager, Gunnar Tindborg. “You will help to build up an extended training curriculum for our global sales force. As Learning Consultant, you are responsible for consulting with the business to identify learning needs, and design and develop effective learning solutions together with you colleagues that cater the business needs. When the learning solution is ready for execution, you will play a role in the delivery phase either as trainer, facilitator or supervisor. You are responsible from the time of need identification with the business until the learning solution has been successfully delivered. Thus your time will be split between business consulting, developing and delivering learning solutions. Your solutions must align with the PDJA and business strategies while being effective and efficient in terms of impact and productivity measures. As the needs of the business and L&D technologies are constantly changing you will help securing continuous improvements while striving for creating a comprehensive curriculum. “We strive to deliver strong solutions that guarantee a good learning experience for people and there are many ways of doing this. The biggest challenge in this job is to combine your solid sales and technical skills with the ability to deliver effective and efficient learning solutions,” Gunnar explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You most likely have a strong sales background within technical products combined with experience in learning and development or training. Very important is also, that you have a holistic and strategic approach and a passion for learning and development as an enabler for business results. It is essential that you have consultative skills and communicate easily with various people in the needs discovery phase, while working structured and persistently in the design, development and delivery phase. Furthermore, you must be able to communicate with and challenge stakeholders productively to ensure that they receive the right learning solutions for their needs. Fluent oral and written English is a prerequisite. “The most important qualifications for this position are the sales and technical acumen and your passion for getting up in front of people and training them. With this passion in mind, we can train you in the techniques and concepts that we use here”, Gunnar finishes.
