SkatePro sucht nach einem passionierten Kollegen für unser dynamisches und kompetentes Kundenservice-Team.
Hier helfen wir den Kunden das richtige Produkt für den gewünschten Einsatz zu finden. Aus den, von den Kunden gestellten Anforderungen, präsentieren wir eine individuelle Lösung, welche dann durch das gewisse Extra an Service überzeugt. Unsere Kunden sollen mit den Produkten eine tolle Zeit haben, genau wie wir, wenn wir draußen unterwegs sind, egal ob beim Skating, Ski oder Langlauf.
Wir suchen einen ambitionierten Kollegen, der in der Lage ist schnell, konzentriert und kundenorientiert zu handeln. Gesucht ist ein Mitarbeiter, der auch in stressigen Situationen mit seiner positiven und konstruktiven Art im Gedächtnis des Kunden bleibt.

Wir bei SkatePro streben danach einen bestmöglichen Service zu bieten, ohne dabei die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden aus den Augen zu verlieren. Deshalb solltest du in der Lage sein, dich in die Lage des Kunden versetzen zu können und die Dinge von dessen Seite zu sehen, um eine optimale Lösung zu finden. Wir sind ein junges und dynamisches Team, welches sich aus den verschiedensten Nationalitäten Europas zusammensetzt. Viele von uns sind auch privat in den verschiedensten Funsportbereichen aktiv. Wir arbeiten gerne im Team und lieben es, unsere Erfahrungen miteinander zu teilen, um unser Wissen zu erweitern, neue Lösungsansätze zu finden und somit effektiver arbeiten zu können.
Wir suchen deshalb einen Kollegen, welcher, neben seiner positiven & offenen Persönlichkeit, folgende Anforderungen erfüllt:
- Sprachkenntisse: Deutsch & Englisch - fließend, verhandlungsicher, auch in Schrift
- Effizientes Arbeiten mit Überblick und einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht
- Offen für Kritik, bescheiden, aber mit Mut, um auch die Initiative zu ergreifen
- Kommunikativ in Sprache und SchriftSelbstständig und überzeugend in der Arbeit im Team
- Konzentriert & proaktiv
Wir bieten eine Arbeitsstelle mit den folgenden Arbeitsbereichen:
- Kundenberatung für deutschsprachige Kunden über Telefon und Email
- Hochqualifizierte Beratungen und erstklassiger After-Sales-Service
- Kommunikation mit Skating-begeisterten oder Funsport-interessierten Menschen
- Mitwirken in einem geschäftigen und energievollen Unternehmen
- Arbeitszeit: 37 Stunden pro Woche
Die Arbeitszeit liegt in den regulären Öffnungszeiten, zwischen 10:00-17:30, von Montag bis Freitag. Die Arbeitsstelle befindet sich im SkatePro-Hauptbüro in Søften, nahegelegen an der E45-Autobahnausfahrt Aarhus N.
