Would you like to be our new Security and Infrastructure System manager setting direction and driving security and Infrastructure initiatives at Diabetes Finished products (DFP) in Site Hillerød. We are highly automated factory and need someone who is motivated by building relations and working across departments in order to achieve the best sustainable solution for our facility and right now we are looking for a new colleague.
 

About the department
You will be part of the Local IT Compliance and System Management unit consisting of 11 highly skilled System Managers, Analysts, Compliance and GMP Coordinators and Architects with daily collaboration with end-users, colleagues and stakeholders across the site as well as with vendors. We work in a unit with the aim to secure and protect the Sites critical IT systems and infrastructure.

 

Our main focus is on IT governance, security, planning, management, minor projects and our license to operate. The department is characterised by strong collaboration and good team spirit, and functions as anchor point for IT-functions and projects across DFP Site Hillerød.

 

The position
As Security and Infrastructure System Manager you will play a key role act as our focal point of contact towards the Site and will work closely with colleagues in Global Security Operations, Global IT Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective security and infrastructure solutions.

You will be on top of changes and technology trends to mitigate new threats and vulnerabilities and Identify & manage implementation of new requirements to existing IT systems and services. Facilitate risk management work in cooperation with stakeholders and department manager and Track and secure execution of annual wheel according to schedule and ensure that the systems are in compliance with relevant internal and external requirements (cGMP, GAMP, 21CFR Part 11 and overall instructions).

 

Qualifications
You have the ability to understand complex IT environments, demonstrated experience working inside global companies, and working with service delivery, partners and vendors. It goes without saying that you are a strong team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.

The ideal candidate hold a bachelor degree and has several of experience within IT Infrastructure and holds security CERT/CSIRT functions and preferably knowledge of or a background from enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud or network architecture and operations. Furthermore, relevant training and certifications in SPLUNK will be a strong advantage (i.e. Splunk Certified Developer, Enterprise Security or Enterprise Architect).

 

You demonstrate deep understanding of the principles and strategies, as well as a deep understanding of areas pertaining to incident response and incident handling and are able to communicate these at all levels in the organisation.

 

You will succeed in this position, if you capable of building relationships and engaging people at all levels of the organisation. Your drive and persistence will also take you far. You will act as role model for security behaviour and will need to stay on top of the latest within cloud technologies, cybercrime, and threat intelligence. 

 

The job is based in the greater area of Copenhagen, Denmark with limited travel activity.
