About the department You will be working in a dynamic department dedicated to the development of next generation drug products for diabetes and obesity. The department links early research with full blown production and is responsible for developing formulation and processes for new diabetes, haemophilia, obesity and growth hormone products – all the way from early development to phase III clinical trials and registration. Our department consist of 23 dedicated project coordinators with responsibility planning, and follow up on activities related to drug product development and development of analytical methods. The position As Project office Intern you will become part of a dedicated department driving and coordinating development activities in the drug product and analytical area.As intern you will be responsible for tasks in and outside the department related to project management in above mentioned areas.Furthermore you will be involved in setting up supportive systems in the department helping us to maintain as a highly efficient project office. You will experience to take business challenges all the way from problem identification through analysis to presentation of your solution for management and be responsible for development of management presentations, various analyses and communication material.We invest strongly in our Intern who will play an important role. During the 6 months you will learn how to deliver strong and profound results in an efficient and value adding way. Start date: 01 September 2016. Qualifications Currently you are pursuing a relevant Master’s degree within Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar. As a person you are highly driven, always proactive and hold strong analytical skills. Delivering results is vital for you and due to a structured mind-set you are capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality while being involved in several projects simultaneously. You are a team player who can interact with employees at all levels and understand the importance of being service-minded and ready for ad hoc tasks. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required for this role as well as flair for IT (Excel and Power Point) and numbers.Students in their first or second year of their master studies. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on.
